o There is No Refund on custom duty impose by custom dept. in your country according to your country customs rules and regulations.
o Best way to receive your shipment, Open Package that is given by shipping company and check that everything is alright and everything is there what you ordered for before signing POD or completing the delivery.

Return and Refund Policy
Return of items are only eligible if the following terms are met.
•Item must be return with in 7 days after customer had received it.
•Refund is only done via Paypal so customer must have a valid PayPal account and must purchase item via our PayPal account.
•Courier charges or any other charges included to return items to us , will be paid by customer.
•Return or Refund is only eligible if customer does not get the item he/she ordered, in other case if the item received is damaged.
•Customer can’t ask for refund if he/she had did not paid for customs accordingly to their country rules & regulations. In Price customs not included and customer has to pay.
•Customer can’t ask for refund if he/she has already got the item. We have POD (Proof of Delivery)
